4x4 Network

How do you develop top people, expected to be
on the Board within 5 years?

The 4x4 network is a "strategic leadership learning community" that meets four times a year in London to hear from a guest speaker and discuss leadership in an informal environment. Previous speakers have included Sir Paddy Ashdown, Sir Paul Condon, Dr Brian Davis (Nationwide), Ken Keir (Honda UK), Tim Melville-Ross and General Sir Michael Rose.

The 4x4 netwtork comprises members from the most senior levels in many of the leading organisations in the UK including:
