The
Centre for Leadership Studies conducts a wide range of research of direct
relevance to leadership and leadership development. Current
research includes: leadership development in SMEs, leadership ethics,
and leadership competencies, in addition to our monitoring
and evaluation service. We frequently undertake contracted empirical
and desk research and develop partnerships with employers to explore
issues of particular relevance to them.
