Leadership South West is a Regional Centre of Excellence in Leadership and Management Development offering a strategic resource and information hub to develop capacity across the South West.

LSW supports key stakeholders, including Higher and Further Education, training providers and consultants, to improve the provision and quality of leadership and management development at all levels.

This pan-regional project is hosted by The Centre for Leadership Studies at The University of Exeter, School of Business, and is located in the Xfi Building on the main Exeter campus. The project is supported by the South West of England Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) and The Learning Skills Council (LSC).
