Network
A
key aim of Leadership South West is to establish a co-ordinated approach
to leadership and management development in the Region. Some of our
main activities in this area include:
- Advice,
guidance and support: We advise and support a wide range
of organisations on programme design, funding and implementation.
- Accreditation
of trainers: To enhance the quality of leadership development
in the Region we are working with key agencies to develop an accreditation
process for experienced trainers.
- Forum
and debate: The ability to discuss, inform and learn is essential
to all practitioners and we seek to facilitate this through a range
of conferences, workshops and other development opportunities within
the Region.
In addition, we
can also help with identifying speakers and trainers for events, signposting
relevant leadership and management development provision, and developing
regional and national partnerships.
