Regional Research

As University-based initiative, the activities of Leadership South West are under-pinned by the latest leadership research and practices. Notably we aim to:

• Disseminate local, national and international leadership and management research within the Region,
• Promote a more rigorous and critical approach to leadership and management research within key organisations and agencies in the Region, and
• Conduct and support world-class leadership and management research within the South West of England.

Our areas of research expertise include personal challenges of leadership, new ways of thinking about leadership, how to improve and evaluate leadership development, and the relationship between leadership and organisational performance.
