The Centre for Leadership Studies is well placed to provide specialist consulting services in the area of leadership effectiveness. Projects of this nature are resourced by a combination of faculty members and independent external consultants who have been accredited by the Centre through an unusually rigorous eligibility and selection procedure, leading to admission as a Fellow. Consultants eligible to become Fellows will have demonstrated the necessary educational, experiential and personal attributes to consult at the most senior level on issues on leadership. Being appointed a CLS Fellow represents a standard of excellence that assures CLS clients of receiving exceptional consulting expertise. Where projects are resourced by CLS Fellows they are deemed to be in the employ of CLS for the duration of the assignment.
