CLS Research Resources
"An accessible, university-based, specialist resource for individuals and organisations who require research/methodological expertise and capability to support leadership research, leadership development programmes or other initiatives with which they are engaged."
CLS Research Resources is an initiative aimed at making the staff and student resources of the Centre available to external parties engaged in, or requiring additional leadership research capability. Facilities are available to individuals and institutions that require resources to support serious and ethical investigation into facets of leadership effectiveness and development.
The Centre may be approached either to undertake research from scratch, or to support existing resources or work-in-progress. Typically, resources will be drawn from post-graduate or senior students on leadership degree courses, supervised by senior staff. Preference will be given to assignments that align with the course curricula, and that may assist students and staff in gaining additional relevant experience and/or subject matter for broader further research of interest to the Centre.
